This home accommodates comfortably a family over 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a family room, living room with vaulted ceilings, dining room, spacious backyard and an outdoor gas BBQ grill. The private master bedroom includes its private deck that overlooks the Santa Monica Mountains.

The Lindero Canyon club offers pool (from March to October), tennis courts and a 9 holes golf course. This house is surrounded by 500 miles of trails.

So relax at the pool, enjoy the beaches, museums or choose a trailhead. Come to Explore!

Cette maison Californienne de 160m2 est logée dans les montagnes de Santa Monica, a Agoura Hills sur le site historique du parc de Reyes Adobe.
La maison peut acceuillir comfortablement une famille dans 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une cuisine équipée, une zone familliale, un salon et une salle a manger sous haut plafond, un jardin et un barbecue a gaz. La suite parentale dispose de sa terrasse privee pour vous offrir une splendide vue sur les montagnes.

Le club Lindero Canyon offre un acces a une piscine (Mars a Octobre), des courts de tennis et un golf de 9 trous. La maison est entourée de 800 kilometres de chemin de marche.

Alors, venez vous relaxer a la piscine, profiter des plages, des musées ou faire une marche. Venez explorer!

This house is also available for persons who relocate to Los Angeles area. The house is rented with all appliances (Fridge, vacuums, waching machine...). The public schools scored the best APIs, every years, from Elementary school to High school. Contact us.

Parks

Visit the former shooting place of M*A*S*H. at Malibu Creek park. It gives access to a network of trails in Malibu Montains. Wikipedia Link. Backbone trail can be joined from this park toward west. On Coral Canyon road, a bus service drives you back to Malibu Canyon road and Malibu creek main entrance.

If temperature is too hight, move on to the beach and Malibu Lagoon state beach or hit the route 1 toward west to reach the beaches of Zuma a point Dume or of Leo Carrillo.

Visiter l'ancien site de tournage de M*A*S*H. a Malibu Creek parc. Il ouvre sur l'ensemble des trails de la chaine montagneuse de Malibu Montains. Lien Wikipedia. Le Backbone trail peut etre commence a partir de ce park en direction de l'ouest. Sur Coral Canyon road, un service de bus vous ramenera vers Malibu Canyon road et l'entree du parc de Malibu creek.

Si la marche de vous tente pas, continuer votre descente vers la mer et Malibu Lagoon state beach ou longer la route 1 vers l'ouest pour rejoindre les plages  de Zuma a point Dume ou de Leo Carrillo.
